Bright Double Room with Ensuite – Right on Crystal Palace High Street!
A lovely fully furnished double room with ensuite is available in our home, right in the heart of Crystal Palace. The room comes with its own fridge freezer, all bills included, and we even have a cleaner for the communal areas every other week – so it’s low hassle and easy living.
Our home has a spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, plus a little courtyard for when the sun’s out. With 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, there’s plenty of space to feel comfortable.
You couldn’t ask for a better location – shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants are on your doorstep, and the beautiful Crystal Palace Park is just a 5-minute walk away. Getting into London is simple too: both Crystal Palace and Gipsy Hill stations are under 10 minutes’ walk, and Brixton tube is a quick bus ride.
We’re open to either a full-time lodger or a Monday–Friday lodger (with a discounted rate).
A little about us: we’re friendly, easy-going and pretty relaxed during the week as we’re busy working (Ava’s a trainee nurse and I’m a therapist). Weekends are for catching up with friends, enjoying good food and wine, and spending time outdoors.
We also share the house with Willow, our affectionate British Blue cat who loves cuddles and will probably steal your heart. 🐾
