Also a short walk to buses to both Clapham Common and Brixton in about 30 minutes.

Crystal Palace Triangle is a 5 minute walk away with a number of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, along with a large Sainsburys and Crystal Palace Park.

The flat itself is on the second (top) floor in a Victorian building and has a kitchen, living room / dining room, shower room, and separate toilet.

The bedroom is a small double, and has a chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. There is a large communal garden and free parking on the surrounding streets.
