This is a lovely room for a single person. would consider a couple at £1300 a month inc bills BUT as it is a smaller room it could be cramped for 2 people. short let-wise it would be fine.
Would also suit a woman as there is another woman on same floor and you both would share a bathroom.
Not looking for Party people. this is a friendly house with early rising professionals. Chilled, relaxed house and everyone feels v much at home. Although l live here l very much let people just do their own thing!
