Double Room to rent in house in Crystal Palace

Me & Nesmie (who you’ll be sharing with)

We’re searching for a housemate to sublet a room in a three bed house in Crystal Palace from 4th May until 4th September 2024 with a possibility of extending (we’re planning to stay for another year at least). Room is furnished but can also come unfurnished - the current tenant is flexible.

👯‍♀️ABOUT US
Ewa (me!) is a queer Nigerian freelance actor, director and facilitator! I love cooking and I’m super extroverted but at home my inner introvert comes out lol. I also have two cat babies 🐈 🐈‍⬛!Their names are Snoop and Kenny. They’re vaccinated, neutered and very well behaved.

Nesmie is a straight Congolese freelance actor and a duty manager. She’s funny, organised and she loves to love people! She likes the house to be cleannn, she’s not unreasonable but likes to have the base layer of cleanliness. She’s social but also loves her space, like me!

🏡 THE HOUSE
three bedroom, one bathroom (shower & a bath), two toilet house with a big garden. All the rooms are a decent size.

📍LOCATION
Crystal Palace - near the high street.
There’s a big Sainsbury’s, Poundland, savers, cinema, pubs, shops and more less than 10 mins away, as well lots of buses!
Crystal Palace station and Gypsy Hill station are both a 15 min walk away.

🚪ACCESS
The house is relatively inaccessible due to it being split level and stairs taking you upstairs with no lift.

Rent - £850 pm

Gas & Electric - variable depending on use

We will be checking your right to rent, conducting a credit check & asking for a landlord reference.
