Cozy quiet room in Crystal Palace “The Triangle”

I am looking for a flatmate to share a two-bedroom flat conveniently located in Crystal Palace that overlooks the high street on “the triangle”

The room is a single room that is in clean property with wood floors throughout furnished with double bed, storage and drawers. Cozy and quiet with double glazing.

The shared space is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room complete with furnishings including a TV and fully equipped kitchen that has a fridge & freezer, cooker, hob, air fryer, grill and washing machine as well as every spice or herb you can imagine. Workout bench, dumbbells and boxing equipment is available to share.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from the Crystal Palace overground station and 2 min away from Crystal Palace park I close proximity multiple restaurants, bars and shops.

I am a busy Chef in my mid-thirties. I am tidy, respectful, and very responsible, but I am also easy going and like to end the day with a good meal and sometimes a glass of wine.
I like music and generally listen to that or some podcasts as I cook. Due to the long hours that I work and shifting schedule, I can be leaving the house early and/or coming home late.
While I do smoke, I don't believe in doing it indoors. I am generally very welcoming so feel free to have partner, friends or family over (within reason)

I am straight man with a girlfriend(who doesn’t live here, therefore I split my time off between here and her place, so most off the time you will have the flat to yourself)
