I’m moving out of London and looking for someone to take my place in a wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat.
You’ll be sharing with a 35-year-old professional female working in art consultancy.
Looking for someone friendly, clean, and respectful of the home. Work and previous landlord references are required.
About the Room:
*Spacious double bedroom – fits a desk, multiple chests of drawers, etc.
*En-suite bathroom with shower.
*Can be furnished or unfurnished – I’m open to leaving my furniture as I’m moving abroad.
About the Flat:
*Location: 20-minute walk to Crystal Palace Station.
*Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven.
*Shared terrace and parking available.
*Second-floor flat with a lift – makes moving much easier!
Rent & Bills:
Rent: £962 per month.
Bills: Around £200.
Move-in date mid April.
