The property is in excellent condition, and comes furnished.
The accommodation comprises; large kitchen/diner, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. We are lucky to be close to an extensive range of bars, shops, restaurants and Sainsburys.
I am hoping you will be steadily employed, respectful, clean and (more importantly) very friendly.
