Double room in Crystal Palace

Looking for a new flatmate for a double room in a recently renovated 1st floor Victorian flat. The flat is less than 5 minutes walks to Crystal Palace station, the Triangle and the park.

The room has a small double bed and a large wardrobe with lots of storage (there’s also storage throughout the flat you can use). There is a bright living/dining room, a half-open kitchen, a brand new bathroom and a large garden that is in the process of being done up (in time for summer!).

You’ll be sharing the flat with me (the owner). I’m 28 and work in the charity sector (WFH 2-3 days per week). I love this flat and want to keep the vibes friendly and homely.

Rent is £700 per month, bills are currently £129 but likely to go up in the winter. Council tax is Bromley band B. 6 months minimum stay and then a rolling contract with 2 months notice.
