Double room in Crystal Palace

Looking for a new flatmate for a double room in a recently renovated 1st floor Victorian flat. The flat is less than 5 minutes walk to Crystal Palace station, the Triangle and the park.

The room has a small double bed and a large wardrobe with lots of storage (there’s also storage throughout the flat you can use). There is a bright living/dining room, a half-open kitchen, a brand new bathroom and a large garden.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me (the owner). I’m 29 and work in the charity sector (WFH 2-3 days per week). I love this flat and want to keep the vibes friendly and homely and so happy to be flexible with move in date for the right fit!

Rent is £700 per month, bills are currently £140, but likely to go up slightly in the winter. Council tax is Bromley band B. The room is available from 1st August, it’s 6 months minimum stay and then a rolling contract with 2 months notice. Pets are not allowed sadly.
