Double furnished room in 2 bed flat in a quiet area close to Crystal Palace.
The room includes: double bed with 2 under bed storage drawers, large wardrobe with mirrors, chest of drawers, bedside table.

The flat is a cosy, comfortable and quiet ground floor property with direct access to shared garden and private parking. It has wifi, tv, washing machine, kitchen appliances (no dishwasher).

Both bedrooms and living room have patio doors leading to garden and generous off street parking. Large lounge area, modern bathroom and kitchen. We like to keep the communal areas clean and tidy.

We are a young couple, both in primary teaching, who enjoy socialising as well as having some alone time. We love cooking, eating out, pub quizzes and going for walks as well as watching films and getting take-aways. I attend park run most Saturday mornings so running buddies welcome!

We also have a friendly, furry feline friend called Cali. She’s only 1.5 and is so lovely with everyone. She loves cuddles, playing games and getting treats.

Bus access to Brixton, Clapham, Elephant and Castle, Holborn, Crystal Palace, South Norwood. Overground and main line rail from Crystal Palace and Norwood Junction.
