Lovely single bedroom in quite house

Hello.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, who works and is generally kind and considerate of others. In return you will have fantastic room mate and live in a beautiful house in a great central location. We are about a 7 minute bus ride from crystal palace station (432) or 10 mins from gypsy hill (450 bus or 417 bus or 432). Mini supermarkets and amenities are a 5 minute walk. There is free parking too.

The bedroom for rent is the one shown in the picture. The house has just been re-furbished and the carpets, wardrobes and beds are recently new.

It is a lovely, friendly, clean house (the landlord pays for a cleaner) with a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and gas cooker. There is only 1 person to share a kitchen, living room and bathroom with and access to garden.
