This is an immaculate, large, light filled, double room in a completely refurbished two bedroom flat in Crystal Palace. The room has parquet flooring, rug, a double bed, built in wardrobe with shelves, a chest of drawers, armchair and a writing desk and chair. I'm happy to provide extra furnishing or less depending on your needs.

The décor of the room is modern mid - century. The whole flat has a contemporary retro vibe. It is very attractive and lovely atmosphere. High speed fibre optic internet access is included. The bathroom and kitchen are new and fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and eat in table. There is utility room for washing and drying clothes.

There is a large, comfortable living room with dining table available for use. Beautiful, nature views from rear windows of flat.

These facilities are shared with one very pleasant, friendly, funny, professional female working in the City, who is 40ish and busy with work but up for sharing a glass of wine when the mood strikes.

This is a warm and friendly flat but definitely not a party flat. It is a peaceful oasis at the end of a busy day. The room would suit a quiet professional who requires a nice space in the evenings to rest and relax. It is important that you value a clean, orderly space and always clean up after yourself etc

Parking spaces are available on the road outside as well as private spaces for residents at the rear of the building which you are free to use. There is also a private garage for storing any extra belongings eg: personal furniture, bicycle etc.
The ambience of the flat, and whole building, is quiet and peaceful. The road and nearby area is leafy and very safe.
I would prefer someone for a minimum of 3 months.

A Monday - Friday rental would also work with a lower negotiated rent. The flat is situated 7 mins walk from Crystal Palace Station which runs the Overground ( orange) Line and BR trains to London Bridge and Victoria. These destinations take 20 mins from CP station. Also, 20 mins to get to Shoreditch/Hoxton on the Overground Line.
