We have a double room available in a newly decorated flat in the heart of Crystal Palace. The room has a king size bed and ample storage for clothing. The shared facilities include a modern kitchen and bathroom and will be shared with one other person only. The apartment is very well connected by transport links with Gipsy Hill (Trains to Victoria and London Bridge every 15 mins) and Crystal Palace (Trains to Victoria and London Bridge and overground service every 15 mins) only a 5 to 10 minute walk away and a bus garage. It is a very peaceful flat although the restaurants and entertainment of Crystal Palace are on the doorstep. You would be sharing with one other flatmate who is fairly laid back, friendly, clean and tidy and respectful of other peoples privacy. We are looking for someone who will enjoy the peaceful surroundings and appreciate living in a nice flat, party animals need not apply.
