Double room to rent in Crystal Palace

Hi there
I have a Double room to rent in Crystal Palace and looking for a new flat mate. Ideally a young professional in full time employment. I usually work from home 2 days per week.

The flat is on the 1st floor and has a modern kitchen (incl. dishwasher) with a separate living/dining area with high ceilings and large windows with lots of natural light.

There is also a large garden which is shared with two other flats.

It is a 5 min walk to Crystal Palace Station. Trains run directly to London Bridge and London Victoria (via Balham and Clapham Junction). Overground goes direct to Shoreditch High St.
Less than 10mins walk to the Crystal Palace Triangle where you can find lots of shops, bars, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs etc.
Crystal Palace park is also a 5 min walk.

The room is available from 1st May(could potentially do a bit earlier) and is semi- furnished with a bed and chest of drawers.

I am pretty independent but would be nice to find someone with similar interests who enjoys keeping fit, being outdoors and socialising but equally happy to relax and chill out.
