I am renting a double room and use of the facilities in my house.

I have a south facing garden and the property is in a quiet location 5 min walk to Crystal palace park and no road to the front (private green). CP rail is 6 min walk, also Penge West is near and bus stops just outside on the main road. Local shops are 2 min walk.

Kitchen/Diner with all modern comforts I also have fast wireless broadband and a great living space, washing machine, walk in shower, double room has bed, wardrobe and side tables. My property is close to Anerley Hill and Crystal Palace triangle.

I have a busy work life so I just relax at weekends with friends or at home, but i do like to socialise, Ideally I am looking for a working professional male or female, who is tidy and will be comfortable in this environment. We can discuss details on application.

Council Tax is Band D, All bills are included, Wireless, Water, Gas, Electric, Internet, If you want to socialise with friends/dinner that's ok with me, I just ask you are respectful. I will also consider short term rents.
