Hi everyone I am moving out of this beautiful flat in Crystal Palace / Anerley and helping my current flatmate find someone to replace me.

The flat is furnished to a high standard and has been painted throughout with a new bathroom and carpets fitted in the last 2 years.

Shops, restaurants, bars all within easy walking distance. The CP park is just across the road, great for running / walks and have great festivals throughout the year.

Travel links really good. 10 min walk to Crystal Palace Station, Penge West, Penge East, and Anerley all TFL overground 20 mins going into London (Victoria / London Bridge / Windrush Line).

There is also the 'triangle" which is full of buzzy restaurants, bars, cinema, fitness studios etc 10 minutes walk away.

Use of big communal garden, parking slot included, balcony.

Bills not included. Bromley Council Tax Band C.

The Landlord is private and has been great. Attentive to any issues and left us in peace - no agents please.

We have been a pretty low-key household — we love having people over occasionally, but value our calm home environment day-to-day. We like to keep the space tidy and comfortable. We are social and love to spend time together once in a while watching Traitors or going to the cinema but are also pretty independent and like to do our own thing.

The current flatmate is my pal Cristina - she’s wonderful and has been a dream to live with. Cristina is a freelance musician so out a lot of evenings and weekends and travels frequently for work.
