The House is VERY CLEAN, and maintenance and CLEANING are the MOST IMPORTANT THINGS for us as well as QUIET, friendly and relaxed behaviour.
The house is to share with only two other tenants, young professionals. Plus a couple which lives in a separate flat behind the house.
The house is very quiet all week, including weekends and is never crowded, we do not do parties, we share everything is needed for the maintenance of the house, and very important is the respect of each other. We expect the same from the eventual new flatmate.
We are looking for a friendly, quiet and relaxed person to join our house.
We do not smoke AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NON-SMOKER. If you do smoke, please be aware that it is forbidden to smoke inside the house.
