Two spacious double rooms in E16

Hey,

Me and my flatmate are planning to move out beginning of May and we’re looking for someone to take over our rooms till December when the contract ends. The rent for one room is £725 and the other £1000 at the moment, but will see a 10% increase around June.

The flat is quiet with no street noise. No neighbours surrounding the flat and the ones downstairs are very chill, so the flat is perfect for parties (the landlord even encouraged it haha). There's a balcony as well so perfect for smokers or just chilling there when the weather is nice. The living room is spacious and the dining room is beautiful with a chalkboard wall where you can draw (perfect for guests to leave little messages).

The £725 room comes with a built-in wardrobe that has so much space and the bed in the picture is mine and I might take it with me when moving. If not I'm open to selling it for a little price to stay in the flat. Will update once I know! The room faces the east so you'll see sunrises and they are so pretty at times!

The other room faces the west so you’ll see the sunsets. It has an ensuite bathroom and comes furnished! It’s my flatmates room so I can ask him for more info.

One of our flatmates will stay in the flat! In total there’s three bedrooms!
