The place:

Double Room available from end of March in a 3 bed 1.5 bath flat. Kitchen/living room is open plan, w/ a balcony (pics attached). Bathroom is shared. We have a cleaner come in monthly + ad-hoc responsibilities.

Building amenities include gym, pool, sauna, steam room, Cinema room, rooftop garden & running track.

7 min walk to Custom House and 5 min walk to Royal Victoria DLR

The terms:

Ideally looking for 3 months with possibility to extend. All utilities included, incl. access to amenities. One month deposit and one month notice.

Third friend moving in with partner.

The people:

You’d be living with a 30yo and a 38yo both working in tech. I am home most days while he is away working longer hours. We spend most evenings cooking or watching TV and are out and about most weekends. Things we’re into: music, fashion, films, cooking, museums, a boogie, football, etc.
