We have one spacious room to rent in a beautiful 3 bedroom flat in the heart of Dalston Junction. Price is £900 a month and the room will be available from the 31st of October. Bills are not included and we bring in a cleaner every week! So the room averages out to about £1000-1030 total a month including bills and cleaner.
We live over two floors with a really large kitchen/living space, 2 balconies and 3 bathrooms. We get the most epic sunsets and the flat is usually full of light. We also have free access to the gym downstairs.

Lorenzo and I are both architects who enjoy a balance of clean, tidy living with a pretty laid back lifestyle. We love art and design exhibitions, photography and travelling.
