Be the new flatmate for our 3 bed flat and move in before Christmas. The available room is a large furnished double with an ensuite, and we are looking for someone to move in by the 19th December.
There’s 3 of us living in the flat and although we have very busy jobs, we enjoy a good TV binge and a nice cup of tea or glass of wine and a nice chat. We are a sociable house but we are not party people so if you stay out late regularly, probably not a good one for you.
The flat has all of the usual amenities, plus a dishwasher and a cleaner who comes once a week. The rent is £820 and the bills come to £80pm so the total is £900 all in. Deposit is £1025. And there is unfortunately a £120 agency.
