I sadly have to leave this lovely place I have been living in for the past 3.5 years as I am relocating to Portugal.
I am leaving behind two friendly flatmates, looking to rent out the third furnished double room in a comfortable three bedroom flat.

ABOUT THE FLAT
Lovely flat 2 minutes away from Newington Green with a recently refurbished bathroom, fully equipped kitchen plus a spacious communal living room and an amazing garden, the flat is a lovely place to live. The location is really ideal - 7 minutes walk from Dalston Kingsland/Dalston Junction, 5 minutes walk from Canonbury Station and only 3 stops by bus to Highbury and Islington underground and Angel can be reached by bus or by walking 20 minutes.

Mostly relaxed, the house has a lovely and cosy feel in the winter. The garden in Spring/Summer is such a blessing, very spacious, it comes with a nice sized BBQ, a Table and is sunny for the biggest part of the day.
There is also plenty of space to keep bikes either in the garden (entrance via the back door directly into the garden) or by the front door area.

THE ROOM
The room comes with a triple wardrobe (With mirrors), a double bed, a bed side table, a book shelf and a desk, which makes it practical to work from home.

AVAILABILITY
The room is available from November 21st, however I am flexible on either side to some extent.

ABOUT US
You will be living with Estelle, from Sydney and Aiden who is British, both in their 30s. There is a very chilled atmosphere in the flat, after work cooking, banter, you know the drill.

Estelle works in Martech and Aiden is a furniture maker.

Both are tidy, house-trained, welcoming and non judgemental.

Additionally, the landlady is lovely, she is reactive/proactive when needed, very understanding and fully complies with all legal obligations.

BORING STUFF
£700 per month
plus bills (Approx. £60 p/m)
£780 deposit (5 weeks) (Securely held by a third party scheme)
