Large double room in flat just off Kingsland High Street. So we have a bus stop just around the corner, are 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus from Dalston Kingsland station, and 13 minute walk from Dalston Junction station.
It's a two bedroom flat with a shared balcony accessable from the bedrooms. The building is an ex-textile factory so the ceilings are very tall which makes the whole place seem really spacious. And has a dish washer as well as washing machine.
Electricity: Is around £30 during the summer and increasing in winter
Internet: is £15
The available room has large boiler room inside which can be used as extra storage (my ex-flatmate used it as a walk-in closet)
I'm a very clean and quiet flatmate! Im very friendly and always up for a chat but also do appreciate time to myself. I'm not one for nights out so I'll never have parties at the flat but will have a friend round here and there. I'm a Video Artist and work in Fashion, so I usually work equally between home and the office. And I have two lovely cats!
Cleanliness is important to me, so I would hope to find the same in a flatmate.
