Hi.

We have a massive 1st floor double room going in our Stoke Newington house and are looking for someone to move in from the 14 November (flex 4-15 November). Bills add up to about 70 a month, although we pay per trimester.

You'll be living with Roy, Camille And Sara. Roy (French/Turkish) works in film, Camille is a journalist (Colombian/French). Sara (Italian) works in retail. We've got a pretty good relationship; we're big on sharing, cooking for each other and eating together most days, hanging out and lada lada. We're mostly hoping for someone who's looking to be part of a home. Ideally, but just ideally, you'll be between 25-35. We're very considerate to each other, particularly regarding cleaning, which means a great deal to us.

The room is in a lovely Victorian house; spacious, bright, with very nice finishings. We have four bedrooms, a big living/dining room, good kitchen and a very decent garden, which has a pear and an elderberry tree. And you'll be sharing the downstairs bathroom (has a shower and a bathtub) with only one person. Stoke Newington High St is 5 min away, Dalston Kingsland is 13 mins away, and 73/476 buses are 3 mins away, all walking distance.

Our rent is due on the 15th of every month, so you'll be paying proportionately from the day you move in until the 15t. We need a deposit of a month's rent in advance and the actual rent the day you move in.
FYI The landlord is planning to sell the house so we are unsure how much longer we will be able to stay but they will have to give us about 2 months notice before anything.
