I'm looking for a housemate to move into my 2-bedroom (2 bathroom) flat. The room is available now.

It's a lovely modern spacious new build flat right in the heart of Dalston. The room is furnished with fitted wardrobes, a kingsize bed and a very good size. You’ll even have your own en suite bathroom and shower.

You would be extremely well connected with lots of modes of transport including:
• 4 min walk from Dalston Kingsland
• 8 mins from Dalston Junction
• 1 minute from Kingsland Road where there are lots of bus routes
• Buses to Liverpool street 25-35 mins depending on traffic
• Buses to Finsbury Park come outside the flat and take approximately 20 mins, or you can take London Overround to Highbury & Islington in 10 mins to get on the Victoria Line.

As the flat is just off the main road it's very quiet so you don't hear a thing at night. We have a lovely communal garden and terrace with a BBQ and outside furniture. Shops are less than 5 minutes from the flat including an M&S, Sainsbury's, grocery stores and a health food store. There are heaps of bars, restaurants, pubs and The Rio cinema is round the corner on the main high street.

I'm a live in landlady so would be looking for a likeminded housemate who will respect my home but also will enjoy living with me.

I work in Notting Hill in the jewellery trade and I'm also studying to be a naturopathic Nutritional therapist. Nearly finished my training.

When I'm out I'm seeing friends, practicing yoga, visiting exhibitions, markets, galleries, fairs, day trips out of London and I sometimes have a weekend away to visit friends or family. It would be nice also to have times where we could cook for each other, chill and chat on the sofa.

We've also got a great group of people who live in the building. All young professionals.
