Two of our lovely flatmates of the past couple of years are moving in with their partners. We’re really going to miss them but are now looking for two new people to take over their big double rooms in Dalston in mid-February.

The flat is a victorian split-level (ground and lower ground floor) with period features and exclusive use of the south-west facing garden (the best evening light). We've got a big shared open plan kitchen and lounge that was only redone a few months ago, with brand new appliances including two big fridges (so you're sharing space with one other flatmate), and fibre optic broadband. Private landlord, so no agency fees.

*Room 1 - £727 pcm*

It's a BIG double bedroom on the ground floor, with period features (a fireplace and cornicing) and large bay windows looking out of the front of the house. It comes unfurnished but our current flatmate is able to sell on her hugely comfortable sofa and spacious wardrobe.

*Room 2 (with ensuite) - £766 pcm*

Another very big double room on the lower ground floor, also with large bay windows looking out the front of the house. Also unfurnished, but our current flatmate is able to sell on her bed. The ensuite bathroom has a bath and shower (and toilet and sink!).

Rent for both rooms is exclusive of bills - energy, water, broadband, TV license, council tax, and cleaner twice a month come to ~£90 pcm.

*The area*

Hackney Downs, Hackney Central, Dalston Kingsland, and Dalston Junction station are all within 5-15 mins' walk from the flat. The 30, 38, 48, 55, 56, 242 stop right down the road, Stoke Newington and Clapton are a stroll away. We’ve got a great local shop just around the corner and we’re a stone’s throw from the green expanse of Hackney downs itself.

We're two professional women (English and Australian) working in customer operations and law, looking for a tidy and chilled flatmate. We're house proud and respectful of our personal and shared space. We're often out and about but enjoy food, a trashy movie or worse TV when we're home together. We’re really looking forward to lazing about in our beautiful *secret* garden, cooking BBQs and eating on our admittedly rickety-ass picnic table in the summer.

We love this place and have loved living with our current flatmates, and are looking for the right people to come join us in our beautiful home. We're planning on holding viewings on Saturday 1st or Sunday 2nd Feb, we may have some availability Monday 3rd in the evening too.
