Large Ground floor flat in Dalstson

My good friend and housemate has decided to move back to Sweden and this has made her room available. The flat is very chill and is a nice haven in crazy london.

I am an easy going, social, 34 Design Manager for a construction company. I like going to museums and galleries, traveling, hiking, having friends over for dinner, going out, etc. All the usual London stuff.

The flat is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat with private garden, large and modern living area, large and modern bathroom, great shower and fully finished with new furniture.

The room features a private terrace, large wardrobe and queen sized bed. There is some left over furniture from my flat mate as well if you would like. Otherwise there is space for your own furniture as well.

The bills are around £130 pm with internet, Netflix, Prime, and virgin pure water. If you do move in it would be great if you put some of the bills in your name so we are both responsible and use split-wise or something to split the costs.

I'm pretty tidy so I'm looking for someone who is the same. Around my age would probably work best as well.

If you would like to move in you will need to sign the lease which will require a reference check and I assume the real estate agent will require you to be currently employed.
