I'm looking to sublet my double bedroom in a stunning Victorian house within 3 minutes walk to Dalston Kingsland Station in zone 2. Perfect location, just off the Rio Cinema.

THE ROOM

This is a large, furnished double-room with a double bed, and a quite big separate build-in wardrobe(!!). It is sunny, quiet, and warm! It has new windows overlooking the Ridley Road Market. It comes fully furnished with bed, mirrors, armchair, lamp, and lots of plants.

THE HOUSE

The kitchen is lovely and has plenty of light. We have a shared study room with a computer desk, 2 bathrooms and a spacious sunny balcony, together with rooftop area.

You will be staying with a lovely, friendly bunch - Australian couple and Brazilian couple - all really open minded and super easy going.

DALSTON

It's well connected with 2 Overground stations, buses and walking distance to Stoke Newington & London Fields. There are many supermarkets nearby - including a massive Sainsbury's and a big organic shop. There's plenty of places to eat and hang out, amongst our favorites, Dalston Curve Garden, Arcola Theatre, Cafe OTO, EartH, Dalston Superstore, Tibetan dumplings, pizza, ramen and plenty of Turkish restaurants.
