I'll be sadly leaving from London and have to give up my sunny double room here in the cusp of Dalston / Stoke Newington. Looking for someone to take it from 13 April onwards. £550 p/m + £72 bills. You can look over central London from my room and our balcony. (My room is on the top and the corner of the building.)
It's a 10-minute walk to Dalston stations, 10 from Canonbury and 2 from Newington Green. There's a living room with a TV, fully-equipped kitchen + loads of grocery options! You'll be living with 2 respectful, open-minded & clean flatmates working in various fields.
