We are looking for a flatmate to join myself and Daniel in our flat right by Dalston Junction station. We are situated on Richmond road next to The Haggerston. We're super central but also quietly tucked away from the main road.
The flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite in your bedroom), a big living space with the kitchen and a massive communal terrace which is shared with the other flats of the building.
The room will be available from the start of August and you will need to join the contract. The deposit is £750, which is paid to the landlord directly.
We are both full-time working professionals, myself (28) in fashion and Daniel (25) as a music producer. We both DJ and are super passionate about music. We're easy going people and like to have friends around occasionally, sharing a good meal and we are looking for somebody similar and creative.
