Come join our lovely flat in Stoke Newington. We have an amazing light spacious double room available with a view at Hackney Downs Park.

You’ll be living with Reagan, Abi and Stephanie. In their early 30's working independently. It is a friendly, relaxed, easygoing flat and from time to time have friends over for dinner/drinks or BBQ’s on the balcony.

We live a few steps away from Hackney Downs Park. Flat is located on the second floor and from the kitchen you can see (if we are lucky with nice weather) a beautiful sunset.

We are looking for someone fun, easy going and open minded in their late 20’s/early 30’s, someone that’s up for making this a home and not just a room to sleep in. Veggie/vegan friendly.

The room is a large and bright double en suite with a big window. It comes furnished with a double bed with under storage, and has lots of storage space with an double inbuilt cupboard and plenty more space for a desk.

The flat is a 4 bedroom flat split over two floors with two bathrooms (Reagan has ensuite) and separate downstairs toilet.

There is a living room with a kitchen where we mostly socialise.

The flat is located 5 minute walk from Rectory Rd, 8 min Dalston Kingsland, 12 min dalston Junction and Hackney Central Station. Close to big Tescos/Lidl/Sainsburys and sustainable organic shops as well as farmer's market just in the corner.

Room is £600 + £75 for bills. Bills include council tax, electricity & gas, water, fast internet. The deposit is one months rent.
