I'm sadly moving out of my beautiful en-suite double in Dalston, and am looking to for someone to replace me in our huge 3-bed flat overlooking the London skyline. Starting February 1 (flexible) until mid-May. Rent is £1,175/month excluding bills, which work out at about £100 per month, and deposit is c. £1,200.
You will be living with two awesome individuals, Assia and James, who work in PR and Tech.
We're looking for someone who will see the apartment as a home and not just a flat. Pre-Covid we'd often host dinner parties on the weekends for friends or go for a drink together, but during lockdown we've shared countless dinners and film nights. With that said, we're also looking for a flatmate who is clean and respectful of other's need for space and privacy.
The Apartment
The apartment is set on the top floor of a modern development. There is a covered bike storage, video entry system and a lovely communal court yard.
The apartment itself has three double bedrooms; two bathrooms; an open plan kitchen with a full range of integrated appliances; and a living room with piano that leads to a sizeable roof terrace with amazing views (and a full size table tennis table + BBQ).
Room
Your room is a bright double en-suite with your own private balcony (photo attached, it really is stunning!). Huge mirrored sliding wardrobe and the room is very well sound-proofed. The room comes furnished with a large desk, perfect for working from home, and a super comfortable king-sized bed. With the size of the room, the balcony, and the en-suite, it feels like having your own little studio.
Location
Located in a prime location close to vibrant Dalston, Stoke Newington and Newington Green. The property is within very close proximity to Dalston Kingsland Overground Station and Dalston Junction Overground. There is easy access to a host of local amenities/restaurant/bars on the trendy Kingsland High Road and easy routes into the city.
