It is set back from Stoke Newington Road in a secure gated courtyard, with its own entrance, plus a secure car park (available on application). With the tube, bus station, cafes a minute or two away.
The flat is set over two (and a half) floors. The available room is situated on the bottom floor and has it's own private terrace which has some trees surrounding.
A spiral staircase leads up to the large open plan lounge and kitchen, which is large enough to host dinner parties and movie nights (when not in lockdown). The spiral staircase continues to the third (half floor) where a third bedroom is situated.
There is a temporary studio/ work from home set-up if required.
