SHORTLET Big Double Room in Social Dalston House

I am heading back to Australia (finally) for 2 months from Nov - end of Jan/early Feb. My big double room is available in our amazing houseshare in Dalston.

Our house is spread across three levels, with four decent sized double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big kitchen and dining area (perfect for dinner parties) and an amazing private garden with a BBQ. There is no lounge room but the dining table is huge and we tend to socialise over dinner or a drink, rather than on a couch/watching tv.

Our place is close to London Fields/Broadway Market (10 min walk), Victoria Park (20 min walk), Shoreditch (30 min walk), Dalston's nightspots, the Rio Cinema, Arcola Theatre, a large Sainsburys, Tescos, M&S, Cooperative and loads of great pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants.

There are great transport links with the Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland overground is only a 2 - 5 min walk and loads of different bus options from the Kingsland Road high street.

We are a like-minded bunch. Always up for cooking dinners, BBQs, dinner parties, having drinks together and heading to the pub at the weekends. It’s not a party every weekend kind of house but we do have the occasional house do, especially in the summer with lots of BBQs and gatherings in the garden.

Everyone that has moved into our house has always left as a really good mate! We're looking for someone who will fit into the amazing dynamics we have in the house.

Rent is £770 per month, including all bills including internet.
