We are taking the opportunity of working from home to get away from the city for a while and are looking for someone to fill our room with life in the meantime. We are very flexible as to when we return, so can work around your needs.
The flat is less than 2 minutes walk from Dalston Junction overground and less than 5 minutes to Dalston Kingsland.
It has a large living room, a fully kitted out kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and a nice size bathroom. All rooms have these big windows that bring in plenty of natural light. Which is good because we have quite a few plants around the house, as you can sort of see from the photos
Our housemate is a teacher who is very into environmental activism and is vegetarian. We are used to having group meals once a meal or so but our housemate doesn't mind sharing with carnivores! 🦖
We have reduced the rent due to the current construction works which are going on at the flat below us. For this reason the garden is currently unusable to unfortunately
