I'm looking for somebody to take the room I'm moving out of in a Dalston house share, available in February.
It’s an AMAZING large house with great flatmates and I’m genuinely sad to be going :(

- Bedroom on top floor of three-floor house, plenty of space and light
- Modern ensuite with a big deep bath and mirrored cabinet
- Well-furnished room with lots of storage space (double bed, 2 x drawers, 2 x large wardrobes, cupboard and desk), perfect for working from home
- Large living room with 55 inch TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+)
- Well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher and coffee grinder
- Outdoor yard and garage stocked with a weights bench, dumbbells and weights - great for home workouts no matter the weather
- Located on a quiet, safe street a 5 minute walk away from Dalston Junction, perfectly located for getting Central or further North
- Private landlady who is super helpful and attentive - no agencies getting involved

The other 3 flatmates (Ross, Jack and Mike) are great guys, super chilled and friendly, as a house we like to socialise together but also give each other space when needed.

Rent is £801.25/month, with bills additional to that which usually work out around £100/month.

The room is available from 2nd February but there can be some flexibility around that if needed.
