LOCATION

The house is in Dalston, N1. It is terraced and has a modern interior, recently renovated. Nice local community. Kingsland Road is a few minutes walk away and offers grocery shopping from the Ridley Road market, a large M&S and Sainsbury's, restaurants and cafes. It's also very central; you can get into Oxford Circus in about 20 minutes by train.

There is a shared kitchen. The house has one bathroom with loo and shower. There is a second loo room also. There's no living room or garden.

TRANSPORT

It's around 5 minutes walk from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland overground stations. These both have frequent trains to Highbury & Islington station (a few minutes away) and then easy access to the city on the Victoria line.

Frequent buses also go from Balls Pond and Kingsland Road into central.
