Bright double bedroom in furnished 2 bed flat

Hey!

Due to my flatmate moving in with his partner I'm looking for someone to take on his lovely double bedroom in this 2 bed flat just off Kingsland High Street (Cecilia Road)

The flat itself has everything you could need, a nice outside terrace (in need of some shrubbery), good sized kitchen/lounge, modern shower room and lovely wooden floors throughout. The flat is fully furnished including bed/wardrobe/desk/kitchen appliances etc. The price includes all bills inc. internet!

The neighbourhood is perfectly placed with lots of amazing places to eat around here, lots of pubs and bars (The Three Compasses is about 30 seconds from the door!) as well as pretty much being in the middle of Hackney Downs and London Fields parks. There is a massive Sainsbury's 5 minutes walk down the road as well.
You'll be living with just me! I like keeping a fairly relaxed atmosphere at home but like everyone else always up for drinks, movies, games, dinner parties etc! Definitely want to carry on the relaxed, homely vibe that made it such a lovely place to live with my old flatmate! Other than that, I work in animation and am currently working from home, the internet is good and would be no problem if you were doing the same.

The move in date is 9th August and you'll be required to sign tenancy agreement etc. The deposit is one months rent at £925. The landlord is lovely and we've not had any issues with anything in this house. I'll be doing viewings next week in the evenings, so if you wanna come check the place out or have any other questions let me know!
