Room in 8th floor flat in central Dalston

I'm moving out of my double room on the 8th floor in the heart of Dalston. Epic views over the city. The room is on the smaller side of a double though - plenty of space to be comfortable but not likely to be enough for a desk. For that reason we are only looking for people who aren't working from home most or all of the time.

Available ASAP. You'll be living with a couple in the ensuite room and a woman in the other double, with whom you share your own bathroom.

Large open plan kitchen/dining room with a balcony. Washing machine and dishwasher.

We are a chilled flat, who like hanging out together from time to time but all respect people's space and keep the flat clean and tidy. We enjoy sports, cooking, coffee and exploring our community.

We get a cleaner in once a month which is paid for with our bills (roughly £75 per person a month and also includes fibre, council tax & utilities)

Very central location, 5 minutes walk to either Dalston Junction or Dalston Kingsland and a large Sainsburys next door and an eclectic range of local grocery shops.
