Hi people! We are looking for a new flatmate to join this beautiful 3 bed in Dalston Square, just off Dalston Junction station. Very well connected with overground and buses.
The room is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite with plenty of light, large built-in wardrobe and space for a desk if needed.
The flat has a large living room with well equipped kitchen and a balcony with amazing views towards east london to enjoy the morning sun!
We are keen to meet a nice sociable person around our age, who enjoy spending time together and is keen to be part of a friendly and comfortable environment.
I am 34yo, work as as architect, enjoy travelling, sports, music, going to gigs, occasionally clubs, exploring the city and have dinner with friends. Easygoing, chilled and social.
The second housemates is Adam, a 30yo engineer, who enjoys music, gigs, exercising at the gym or through sports, movies and tv, cooking and generally exploring London.
Rent is excluding bills, which will be divided equally. This comes to roughly £140 each. The room will be available from the 27th July.
