Spacious double room near Dalston Junction

Hi! I'm moving in with my partner, which sadly means I'll be moving out of my current room in Dalston.

The room on offer is a spacious double bedroom. The room is fully furnished - comes with a bed, large wardrobe, draws, additional shelves if you'd like them. There is also a sofa in the room (however we can move this to the living room depending on your preference!)

In regards to the rest of the house, there is a shared living room (with an huge 60" tv to enjoy), a newly furnished kitchen space with doors leading out to our own private garden space. Upstairs has a modern bathroom, with a great shower.

We've got an outside table and chairs, a bbq, and garden beds where we're planting a variety of vegetables.

The house is in a great location. Just a couple minutes walk to Dalston Junction station, and then 1 minute more to Dlaston Kinglsand. We're surrounded by amenities, shops, pubs and everything else Dalston has to offer.

About Housemates

You'll be living with Seb & Hamzah, two professionals in their late 20s. They're both super chilled and clean. They both do hybrid working at the moment, spending some days in the office and some at home.

I'm looking to move out early Sept, but can be flexible if needed.
