Double room in Dalston House with huge garden

Fantastic room available in a four bed gated mews house (with HUGE garden) in Dalston. The room is available now and we're looking for someone to move in before 12 October. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers.

It's a 5 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland Overground, 10 minutes to Dalston Junction and Hackney Downs, and 20 minutes to Stoke Newington. Buses leave from around the corner and get you to Liverpool St in 30 minutes. Basically, it's super close to the action but removed enough to not even hear traffic from the house!

The house is set 30m off of a quiet street, down a long driveway and through a private gate. It has a full bathroom + separate WC, a big airy living room and dining area full of plants and double doors that open onto a huge garden with multiple picnic tables and a grill - it's nice, spacious, clean and in short a great place to live. Also, one room has an en-suite so there aren't big queues for the shower in the morning - and the water pressure is great!

Rent is £825 per month. Bills come to roughly £150 per person per month and cover fast wi-fi, a cleaner who comes every two weeks and gas + electric. A deposit will be required, which will be around £900.

We're preferably looking for a male to keep the balance, and someone who is working full-time as the reference check will require an annual salary of at least £20,000 to pass.

You'll be sharing with a couple Al and Katie, and Mei. We're all very easy going, fun loving, love to cook/watch films, and are equally up for a night out on the town or in on the couch. We like good music, wine, whiskey and food and are looking for someone with a similar vibe to come in and help make the house their own :)
