Here's a bit about Josh, the flatmate you would be living with. Josh works in finance and splits the week working from home or at the office. Also has a girlfriend so is with her some nights, or she's at the flat. He's easy going, pretty independent but likes to have people over, talk some shit, maybe a trip to the pub nearby or a drink with a good movie. He doesn't often send it during the week but you've got to be partial to some fun on the weekend/Thursdays. Sundays he’s often out on his motorbike.

The people in the block are pretty social so get together for drinks etc.

Also worth noting as the other pea in this pod you'll be hosting with Josh the bi-monthly poker games we have here with friends and some good gents, feel free to bring your mates of course. It's also a very good place for hosting parties given the open space.

Your Bedroom:

The generously sized double bedroom advertised is 12.8 square metres (137.8 sqft.) and also features exposed brickwork, adding a unique touch of character and charm to the space. The desk, wardrobe and two chests of drawers will be staying and the TV, mattress and bedframe will be removed.

The open-plan kitchen and living room are perfect for entertaining guests or chilling. Featuring a massive L-sofa (2.5m by 2.5m), 50-inch TV, a large glass table and miscellaneous artwork. The kitchen is modern with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction hob and electronic oven. No need to bring cutlery, plates, utensils etc. but happy to build up the inventory.

Location:

The location of this property is good, with Rectory Road, Dalston Kingsland, Dalston junction and Hackney Downs stations all within a 7-15 minute walk, making it perfect for commuters. Furthermore, Liverpool Street is a mere 25-35 minute journey away via the trains from Rectory Road or Hackney Downs stations.

Dalston has lots of pubs, bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
