It's an open plan loft apartment in a beautiful Grade II listed old school house in the area of Dalston/London Fields.

The apartment is served by several overground stations. The nearest is Dalston Junction, which is less than 10 minutes walk away. Dalston Kingsland, Hackney Central, Hackney Downs and London Fields are also nearby. City of London, Liverpool Street, Hoxton, Shoreditch, Highbury and Islington and Angel are all within easy reach.

The apartment is completely open-plan. The sleeping area is on the mezzanine level. Please see the floor plan to get an idea of the open-plan layout. There is also a spacious communal garden for you to use.

The photos were done professionally a few years ago. The furniture has been moved around and changed a bit since then, but you should get the idea.

You will be sharing the apartment with me (the landlord). I am a IT professional, gay - enjoying a mixture of staying in and going out. I am easy going, quiet, respectful, clean and tidy - looking for similar to share the space with.
