Short term double ensuite room in Dalston mews

A double room is available for a short term let in a two bed flat in a mews in Dalston, E8. Looking to rent short term for 3-6 months as I complete my move to Lisbon. Move in date beginning of May 2024.

ABOUT THE FLAT / ROOM: The room is a spacious double en-suite and comes fully furnished. The bedrooms are downstairs and there is a large open plan living space upstairs with fully equipped kitchen. I have a huge comfy orange sofa, hella house plants and a projector for watching films. It’s an amazing space - I’ve been here for nearly 5yrs and love it. The flat is in a great location not far from Kingsland Road but in a mews so it’s lovely and quiet / safe. There is also an outside space we share with our neighbours (who are all awesome) with a bike shed. Our landlord is also lovely and super responsive.

ABOUT ME / MY HOUSEMATE: The vibe here is relaxed and fun and I’m looking for someone chilled and responsible to sublet my room in this lovely space. My housemate is 28, female and has a small rescue dog called Willow who is very quiet and cute. She goes into the office and works from home on an ad hoc basis. We keep it pretty chill during the week but up for a drink or out-of-London adventure at the weekend.

RENT: I'd be looking for £1550pcm all in to cover rent and bills.
