Double room in Dalston in shared flat

Hi

I'm moving out of my flat of 4x years to move in with my girlfriend. The other two tenants, Sujin and Matt are both great friends of mine and they will be staying atleast until the tenancy renewal in September this year.

The flat is in a great spot close to both Kingsland Road and Newington Green but off the main roads so is nice and quiet. We are on the ground floor, have a good size living room with a large sofa, some secure storage within the flat building which you can fit a bike in and a small balcony with table and chairs. The room comfortably fits my double bed, piano, books, desk and still has space and has a good sized built in wardrobe.

The only furniture you see in the photos of the room that has to stay is the bed but the desk, mirror and bookshelf can stay if you'd like them at no cost. Alternatively I can remove these for you.

There are two lovely housemates staying in the flat: Sujin is from South Korea and Matt is from the UK and both are very chilled, friendly and happy to socialise. This isn't really a party flat but we do like to hang out.

You'll be joining the tenancy agreement in my place, so will all be done via our estate agent which is Hunters Stoke Newington. There are no estate agent fees as I will cover the cost of the change to the contract. Please note I am not looking to sublet, and the estate agent will handle all of the rent and deposit process.

Bills are not included, and usually come to around £90 a month including everything: the council tax, internet, water, electric & gas in the summer, and can be higher in the winter depending on how much we use the heating.

Move in date can be fairly flexible, though I am moving out on the 23rd of March so would like to find someone to move in no later than the end of the month if possible. Any questions give me a shout, we don't have set times for viewings so happy to arrange something that works
