Hey! I’m leaving my awesome flat of 2 years and finding someone to take my place as I’m going travelling for a long time.

The flat is super peaceful and bright, in a quiet gated community right next to dalston junction overground. and also dalston kingsland a couple minutes down the road too so super well connected. can cycle into shoreditch in 5 mins.

almost feels like a 1 bed flat because my room is downstairs connected to living room, and the girls have their own bathroom upstairs. we dont really hang out in the living room cos we're all pretty busy so always feels really open.

Looking for someone professional who fits the vibe. My flatmates Vicky and Jess are the best - super chill, friendly, easy going and tidy.
This isn't a party house or even a social house - we all live busy lives so the flat is like an oasis of calm when we get home from life, so looking for someone that can keep that very chilled vibe.

Private bathroom downstairs (not connected to bedroom).
free stroking of the occasional fluffy dogs running around in the mews.

Ps. currently travelling rural vietnam so replies will be really delayed. Viewings would be on 29th may.

Pps. If room goes to you then would add your name on to lease with the agency. It’s 1 year but you can leave early if you fielmente a replacement. I think there may be a sign on fee of £100 but will check soon.
