2 Rooms available next to Dalston Kingsland <3

Hey all!!

Posting this as my two flatmates are moving out of their rooms in June, and looking to replace them with two more lovely people to join me.

Two rooms available: a single and double.

A little about me: I'm a 23 year old working in the music industry. I work on site at a music studio as an engineer/room manager around 3 days a week, and work from home as a freelance producer and songwriter the other days. I'm very respectful of people's space but am v sociable and am super down for a wholesome night in w a board game as well as the odd night out! Although I'm very very conscious of volume and typically use headphones to produce, it'd be nice if you'd be okay with a little music playing in the flat during weekday daytimes xx

Finally, there is no TV in the living room (!!!) Instead, there are two workspaces, one of which is my computer setup for work in one corner (see pics) and the other is a desk space that anyone can use just for a break from working in their room / doing arts and crafts / making candles (what my current flatmate Georgia does <3 ). The balcony leads out onto a garden area which is shared but a v nice place to hang out in the evenings.

I need people who are able to go on the tenancy, which means you will need a reference and potentially a guarantor.

This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly household :)

Bills are not included and usually range between £120-£150 per month depending on the time of year (this includes WiFi, council tax, water, gas and electricity). Deposit it £800, and one month's rent in advance (normal stuff)
