My housemates are sadly moving to Dubai so I’m looking for another couple to replace them. The room comes with an en suite and loads of storage. The shared living area and kitchen is a large open plan space with lots of natural light and the flat comes fully furnished. The location is ideal, just 10-15 min walk to London Fields/Broadway Market and very close to Shoreditch/Angel in the other direction.
I’m clean and tidy and I spend most of my time out the flat working, exercising and socialising. Looking for housemates that are keen to have friends over for dinner and don’t mind a few pints at the weekend.
The rent is currently £2,500 in total, split £1000 by me and £1,500 between the other two. The lease is due for renewal in June and the landlord is increasing rent to £2,600 hence the price shown on the ad.
Bills are not included and are split 3 ways. They are typically around ~£200pcm so £66 each.
