Double in bright, spacious flat with 2 others

Hello!

We're looking for a third to join our flat in Dalston.

It's on a very quiet road, minutes from two train stations, a large supermarket and a gym plus Dalston's many restaurants. Excellent location for West End/City, CW or Stratford.

The room is a spacious double that gets the morning sun. Furnished except for the desk and the small drawers under the bookcase.

Bathroom is shared with just one other flatmate and is also a generous surface, with bathtub and heated towel rail.

The living room kitchen is absolutely massive and is flooded with light through the 2 French doors in the afternoon.

You'll be living with me, Sara, an Italian interior designer working in Shoreditch. I am office based during the week, and enjoy theatre, expos and trying new local restaurants with friends over the weekend.

And me, Jahangir, a gay lawyer in financial services. I enjoy a range of things including painting, drawing, piano, boardgames and cooking for friends.

We're happy if you're the social type who fancies the occasional meal/chat in the kitchen or the quiet type who just wants to do their own thing.

The small print:
The agent will want to credit and reference check you - c. £50. And very quick.

Bills are about £150/month all in.
