An amazing HUGE double ensuite room has become available in our 3-bed, 3-bathroom flat in Dalston. The bedroom is an incredibly good size, with a walk-in closet, balcony and its own bathroom. It has a lot of natural light, with large double doors opening up onto your own balcony The room comes part-furnished and includes a king-sized bed and a set of drawers.

Location: The house is located just a short walk from both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations. It is well connected but still quiet within the flat. We are also within walking distance of a number of parks, including London Fields. It is the perfect balance between peace and quiet and being amongst the best East London has to offer.

The flat: It is a 3 bedroom, 3-bath flat set over two floors, with a large open plan kitchen and lounge room. The house has a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The housemates: We are Sarah (works in recruitment) and Hanna (vet) and have been living together for nearly two years. Our housemate Betty who is moving out has been living here during that time, but sadly has to move out to go and live with her boyfriend. We all enjoy hanging out, going out together and staying active.

What we are looking for A sociable and easy-going person who appreciates the cheeky pint but also is respectful of other people’s privacy. Being a passionate football fan is a plus but not mandatory :)

Rent: The room is £1150 plus bills which comes to around £150 a month which includes everything! Available from June 24th but we are flexible on move-in date if you need the room earlier!
